Modular One Flooring comes in either plank or tile format. If you are looking for plank style we offer most of these floors in two sizes; the regular 194mm wide by 1285mm long plank or the XL plank 235mm wide by 2200mm long. For larger rooms of more than 3 metres wide by 4 metres long we recommend the XL plank as this will make the room feel less busy. All floors come bevelled on 4 edges giving you that defined plank look. Modular One Flooring is the most realistic none wood floor covering you will find on the market. With its unique pattern impressions even the experts would struggle to tell plus, it’s supper strong and very low maintenance.
